Precision without calculating time for measuring!
Residential and non-residential construction increasingly requires effective solutions. One such solution is working with a robotic total station for plotting out the bilge. We are one of the few Dutch sand-limestone companies that utilises this technology. Our station allows us to load and edit your digital blueprints. Subsequently, at the construction site, we can quickly project the blueprints on the floor. The result is construction with incredible precision, which also saves valuable time on manual measuring! With this technique we can provide efficiency and precision, which helps us comply with modern construction processes.
A successful project starts with proper preparation. At Zuidland, bonding company for sand-limestone, working on a successful project begins with a request for information or a quote. Based on your digital blueprints and specifications, we will make a fitting and specified offer that we will (preferably) discuss at your location. Before the start date, we will have a launch meeting.
On the start date, we will plot out the bilge with our robotic total station on the floor and our bonding machines will begin constructing the walls. Throughout the entire project, you will work with a permanent Zuidland project manager. This project manager will be your permanent contact and will be tasked with quality control on our sand-limestone works according to the Quality Assurance Law applicable as of 2022.
We perform all our work under our own management. Not only does this mean you know exactly who is working on the ground, but also that you are working with a bonding company that can respond quickly and agilely to different situations and issues. We work with our own cranes (WB7, NK1000, HLK450) and have a hydraulic cutter, sand-limestone braces, lifting clamps, pallet forks, etc. Additionally, we have our own transport for materials and reparation service.
As you can see, you can leave everything to us. You do not need to provide installation equipment. No matter how well-equipped we are in terms of technology and equipment, we would not be able to do anything without our professional bonding machines. They make up the core of our high-quality bonding work.
